Fiz muitas perguntas porque faço parte de um grêmio e compraria uma quantidade de cabos ou carregadores para brinde.
Mais com certeza pelo mal atendimento não volto mais.
Já tinha ouvido falar do péssimo atendimento mais resolvi tirar minhas conclusões.
A loja é boa mais está pecando muito na funcionária.
Era por volta de 20:30.
A funcionária mal me deu atenção,estava com uma outra mocinha na porta.
Uma música super alta mal conseguia
ouvia lá.
Na realidade senti ela despreparada e sem nenhum interesse de estar ali uma arrogância que me surpreendeu muito.
Tenho absoluta certeza que o estabelecimento está perdendo cliente pelo atendimento dessa funcionária.
Sinto muito pela avaliação ruim.

I asked a lot of questions because I am part of a guild and would buy a number of cables or chargers for gifts.

I had heard of the terrible service but decided to draw my conclusions.
The store is good but the employee is sinning a lot.
It was around 8:30 pm.
The clerk barely paid any attention to me, there was another girl at the door.
Super loud music could barely make it
heard there.
In fact, I felt unprepared and without any interest in being there an arrogance that surprised me a lot.
I am absolutely sure that the establishment is losing customers due to the attendance of this employee.
I'm sorry for the bad review.

Levei meu Samsung S7 para trocar a bateria há 45 dias (18/08/2020). Agora a bateria chega a 50% de carga e o celular desliga e volta a 0% de carga.
Levei lá, disseram que não poderiam fazer nada, pois a garantia seria somente de 30 dias.
Como trocam a bateria que se diz "nova", e só dura 45 dias!!!
Não recomendo o serviço desta empresa.
The worst possible experience.
I took my Samsung S7 to change the battery 45 days ago (08/18/2020). Now the battery reaches 50% charge and the cell phone turns off and returns to 0% charge.
I took it there, they said they couldn't do anything, because the guarantee would be only 30 days.
How to change the battery that says "new", and only lasts 45 days !!!
I do not recommend the service of this company.
