★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento todo feito por chat (muito arcaico) e-mail e telefone (que diz que não existe).
Minha antiga contabilidade on-line era todo feito o atendimento por WhatsApp, muito mais pratico e ágil.
São muitos e-mails recebidos (vários repetidos e de feedback que enchem sua caixa).
Se você é uma pessoa ocupada não recomendo eles. Se você tem tempo talvez o preço valha a pena. Eu por enquanto estou arrependido, senão melhorar logo que acabar o contrato saio fora.
 Service all done by chat (very archaic) e-mail and phone (which says it doesn't exist).
My old online accounting was all done via WhatsApp, much more practical and agile.
There are a lot of emails received (several repeated and feedback emails that fill your inbox).
If you're a busy person I don't recommend them. If you have the time maybe the price is worth it. I'm sorry for now, if I don't get better as soon as the contract ends, I'm out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema da Agilize é bem completo, ele notifica quando tem imposto a vencer. Na dúvida, o chat atende em poucos minutos e sempre esclarecedor.
Sobre a abertura da empresa, foi tudo muito rápido, pouco burocrático e eles acompanham cada etapa .
Agilize's system is very complete, it notifies you when there is tax due. When in doubt, the chat responds in a few minutes and is always enlightening.
Regarding the opening of the company, everything was very fast, with little bureaucracy and they accompany each step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito decepcionado com o serviço da Agilize. Só tive dor de cabeça desde o primeiro dia. Me venderam algo que não entregam.
Varias vezes enviei dúvida e não me responderam, as vezes que respondem é sempre algo generico que não tira a dúvida.
Até já recebi boleto enviado depois do prazo de validade.
E pior que como não entendo nada de contabilidade, não faço ideia se estão fazendo o serviço completo e corretamente.
Mais uma empresa que no pré venda são ótimos, mas na entrega são terríveis.
Very disappointed with Agilize's service. I've only had a headache from day one. They sold me something they don't deliver.
Several times I sent a question and they didn't answer me, the times they answer it's always something generic that doesn't clear the doubt.
I even received a ticket sent after the expiry date.
And worse, as I don't understand anything about accounting, I have no idea if they are doing the service completely and correctly.
Another company that pre-sales are great, but delivery is terrible.

Completei 1 ano de serviço com eles e desde o início eles sempre foram muito solícitos e eficientes em resolver eventuais questões ou até mesmo em tirar dúvidas banais. O canal de atendimento deles é ótimo e até hoje nunca me deixaram sem retorno. Me sinto muito acolhida e satisfeita!
I'm loving my experience with Agilize. I completed 1 year of service with them and from the beginning they were always very helpful and efficient in resolving any issues or even clearing trivial doubts. Their customer service channel is great and to this day they have never left me without a return. I feel very welcomed and satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendo a Agilize pois mesmo sendo de Santos,SP. O Suporte é 1.000 vezes melhor que uma contabilidade aqui da minha cidade onde o contador não tem tempo de nada.
Todos os momentos que eu mando mensagem eles nunca passaram de 1 minuto para responder, além de serem pacientes e solicitos.
Estou realmente muito contente com todos e com a plataforma na qual tem tudo separado e bem explicado, painel de controles com as datas e taxas que devo pagar... esse lembrete é muito bom para não deixar nenhuma pendencia. Enfim, muito obrigado a toda equipe e se um dia piorar vou avaliar aqui tambem então mantenham essa excelencia.

Dei três estrelas pois quando fechei o contrato com a vendedora Flávia, fui bem clara em perguntar se eu teria que alimentar alguma plataforma, ou a agilize faria todo trabalho igual da minha antiga contabilidade, e ela me respondeu " você apenas tem que anexar seu extrato bancário e NF, o resto fazemos tudo". Infelizmente não é dessa forma que funciona. Você mesmo tem que alimentar toda plataforma com as informações da sua empresa, como NF, extrato bancario, entre outros.... a responsabilidade de fazer certo é toda sua. Eu não estou tendo problemas em usar, pois minha empresa é pequena com pouco volume e a plataforma é simples, porém se vc tem um pouco mais de dificuldade vai ter trabalho. Achei bem errado a forma que a vendedora me vendeu, mesmo eu sendo bem clara sobre o uso de plataforma, fiquei bem insatisfeita nessa parte.
The speed up service and customer service are good and work. I gave it three stars because when I closed the contract with the seller Flávia, I was very clear in asking if I would have to feed some platform, or speed up it would do all the same work as my old accounting, and she replied " you just have to attach your statement banking and NF, the rest we do everything". Unfortunately, that's not how it works. You yourself have to feed the entire platform with your company's information, such as invoice, bank statement, among others.... the responsibility to do it right is all yours. I'm not having problems using it, because my company is small with little volume and the platform is simple, but if you have a little more difficulty, it's going to be work. I thought the way the saleswoman sold me was very wrong, even though I was very clear about the use of the platform, I was very dissatisfied with this part.

Desde o começo do processo, quando ainda não era de fato uma cliente, tive um atendimento bastante esclarecedor e eficiente.
Para alguém leigo no assunto como eu, estou impressionada com a experiência de utilizar uma contabilidade online - o portal disponibilizado merece um elogio a parte: fácil, dinâmico e muito intuitivo, o que facilita muito o acompanhamento e aprendizado.

I've needed help from Agilize several times (both via email and chat) which I was always promptly answered with clear and objective returns.
Since the beginning of the process, when I was not yet a client, I had a very enlightening and efficient service.
For a layman like me, I am impressed with the experience of using online accounting - the portal provided deserves a separate compliment: easy, dynamic and very intuitive, which makes monitoring and learning much easier.
