 The guys are really good! They give all assistance during training, are super relaxed and work with love for sports. And on top of that, the price is super affordable. Not to mention that it has schedules according to the most varied needs. I highly recommend it!

mas aí é cada aluno saber o q tem q ser feito e fazer e não depender de orientação dos instrutores
mas enfim...
espero ter resultado daqui 3 a 6 meses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei dos 2 professores negao eles incentiva super simpático gosta de ajudar os alunos, o lugar é agradável só não gostei do atendimento do branquelo dos olhos verde fui pedir ajuda pra fazer agachamento ele mandou eu fazer outro exercícios não entendi acho que ele tava com medo de sarrar nele. Depois nos outros dias ele ficava me encarando me sentir mal parecia que eu tava lá malhando de graça.
. Enfim e isso.
I liked the 2 teachers negao they encourage super friendly likes to help students, the place is nice I just didn't like the service from the white eyed green eye I went to ask for help to do squats he told me to do another exercises I didn't understand I think he was afraid of heal on it. Then on other days he kept staring at me feeling bad it seemed like I was working out there for free.
