★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei bastante constrangido quando percebi que o atendente não queria me atender, tenho um carro ano 94 e quando pedi para fazer um simples serviço que nao consigo fazer em casa... Ele disse que nao tinha horário pra hoje... Nem amanhã e nem mês que vem! Com bastante arrogância! Acho que uma auto mecânica que se preze pelo atendimento ao cliente nao o discrimina apenas pelo modelo do carro! Disse ainda que nem o valor sabia... Nao recomendaria!
I was quite embarrassed when I realized that the attendant didn't want to see me, I have a 94 year old car and when I asked him to do a simple service that I can't do at home... He said he didn't have a time for today... Not tomorrow or not next month! With a lot of arrogance! I think that an auto mechanic that prides itself on customer service doesn't just discriminate by the model of the car! I also said that I didn't even know the value... I wouldn't recommend it!
