★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As flores são sempre bem cuidadas e arranjos bonitos. Mas o atendimento deixa um pouco a desejar, e também a variedade. Espero que se mudem pra um lugar maior para atender melhor os clientes.
Flowers are always well looked after and beautiful arrangements. But the service leaves a little to be desired, and so does the variety. I hope they move to a bigger place to better serve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recebi flores atrasado. Era para ser no dia dos namorados,mas chegou em um horário que eu não estava mais no local. Hoje pela manhã vieram entregar novamente, porém as flores murchas. A impressão é que guardaram e entregaram o mesmo.
I received flowers late. It was supposed to be on Valentine's Day, but it arrived at a time when I was no longer there. This morning they came to deliver again, but the flowers withered. The impression is that they kept and delivered the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive a mesma sorte. Comprei essa orquídea para presentear minha esposa, em 12/01/2021, com a informação que duraria 3 a 4 meses. Depois de alguns dias estava muito feia e esta foto é de ontem. Quando retirado o papel pude perceber folhas cortadas.
Unfortunately I was not so lucky. I bought this orchid to present my wife, on 12/01/2021, with the information that would last 3 to 4 months. After a few days it was very ugly and this photo is from yesterday. When the paper was removed I could see cut sheets.
