★ ★ ★ ★ ★ empresa mesma que a g planejados não comprem pois não entregam o móvel pelo o menos não entregaram o meu , não me atendem e nem me dão satisfarão. hj acionei um advogado vamos ver se não me devolvem o que paguei e detalhe ta me causando dano pois desmontei toda minha cozinha e ainda tenho uma criança pequena estou cozinhando lavando louça na sogra olha o transtorno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa que não vende móveis planejados, ela vende mesmo é problema para o cliente. Fui enganado perdi 5 mil reais pagos a vista nessa empresa sem compromisso nenhum com os clientes. No decorrer descobri que não era só eu que fui enganado tem mais pessoas também. O trabalhador faz as economias para tentar realizar um sonho e acaba tendo um pesadelo. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum, se comprar vai ter problema.

Fiz uma compra já deu o prazo de entrega, eles não atende quando a gente liga, mando.mensagem não respondem e qua do respondem mentem e só enrolam, dizem que ligam e nada.
Entendo sobre o lookdown e pandemia, mas no mínimo uma satisfação.
Até que se manifestem, são Bando de mentirosos e sem ética. Nota zero
Não recomendo a ninguém, não caiam nesse golpe.

Pois bem, em meados de julho de 2020 fiz uma compra com está empresa que hora foi extremamente solicita e atendeu meu pedido de um móvel em MDF planejado, feito isso, disse que iria ser entregue em 18 de agosto de 2020.
Foi então que a dor de cabeça começou, primeiro pelo atraso que era por conta da cor que teria pedido, pois devido a falta de matéria prima no mercado não iriam conseguir me entregar a tempo.
Eu, extremamente compreensível mudei para a cor que tinham, que seria a branco padrão.
Achando que minha pendência teria sido resolvida, infelizmente NÃO!
veio um material, avariado, com gavetas em vez de sapateiras e com montagem deixando a desejar.
Expliquei mais um vez ao responsáveis que por sua vez fizeram a troca da gaveta por uma sapateira, porém, totalmente ao contrário do que foi acordado.
Achando que iria finalizar para usar devidamente a base da cama como baú, não colocaram os pistão para a suspensão das abas e nem seus puxadores.
Pediram mais 15 dias para eu aguardar para trazerem.
Já se passaram um mês e nada foi resolvido.
Estamos em novembro e solicitei o reembolso amigável, porém, parece que cai no esquecimento.
Infelizmente eu tive o desprazer de ficar com um produto que não foi solicitado, sem uso porque não tem o pistão para finalidade dele.
Deixo ressaltado aqui para possíveis clientes que não possam vim ter o mesmo fim que eu.
E o demais comentário elogiando a empresa, a maioria e de funcionário!!

Thinking that my pending issue would have been resolved, unfortunately NO!

I explained once more to those responsible, who in turn made the exchange of the drawer for a shoe rack, however, totally contrary to what was agreed.
Thinking that he would finish to use the bed base properly as a chest, they did not place the pistons for the suspension of the flaps or their handles.
They asked for another 15 days for me to wait to bring them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia gente. Infelizmente se trata de caso de polícia. Aconselho a todos que foram enganados a buscar a autoridade policial DECON (delegacia do consumidor) que fica na Av. Senador Lemos, registrar ocorrência e ingressar no juizado especial de pequenas causas (que fica na avenida Pedro Miranda) contra a empresa e seus donos. Já fiz isso. É possível fazer a ação on-line por e-mail. Os donos desapareceram, não deram satisfação e ficaram com o dinheiro sem entregar nada. Boa sorte a todos.

Nao atendem, nao respondam, ficam jogando de um para o outro....se nao quiseren cair em.um.golpe nao fechem.contrato nesta empresa.... providências judiciais ja tomadas.... so aguardando o. Retorno....

Fiz um pedidos armário de 3000, dei 1000 de entrada e parceiro o restante de 5 de 400 paguei a primeira parcela, disseram que não ia demorar a entregar isso foi dia 8bde março entrei em contato sobre a demora seu Eduardo respondeu que o prazo era de 45 dias úteis para ele comprir com o contrato,entao esperei o prazo, terminou dia 11 de maio ja com a segunda parcela em mãos entrei em contato novamente não me respondeu, fui ate o escritório dele e chegando la fui avisada pelo seus vizinhos de escritório que o mesmo tinha sumido com dinheiro de outras pessoas e até policia foi lá atrás dele.
Peço a todos que estão na mesma situação que eu, entre em contato para irmos atras de nossos direitos pfv.
