I arrived at the salon in order to do highlights in the hair, eyebrow and progressive. When I got there, I made the budget and the woman who attended me spent a total amount that would be less than 500.00 and kept offering me other services to which I ended up accepting to do the toenail 35.00 and put on the gel fiber nail 160.00 . I thought: well, up to 600/700.00 you can pay. I sat in the chair and the first thing to be done was the eyebrow design which I won't be unfair to say how much I liked it, then the toenails were done and then we went to the hair. As my hair wasn't getting the blonde, that according to the guy who did it, he on his own and without GIVING ANY EXTRA VALUE, decided to wash my hair to "do a detox", where then the blonde started to appear quickly. After the dyed hair we went to the progressive and at the end he decided to “trim” some ends of my hair, ends that I barely saw fall out. The girl put on her nails and trimmed her cuticles and when it was all over after an exhausting 9 hours, I went to pay, which to my surprise, fright, anger, disappointment had given me 1,113.00 and they only charged me 650.00 for the dye. When I questioned the value and the fact that she told me it would be 250 the painting, she told me that she had said it would be FROM 250.00. At the time I was so discredited that I didn't even argue, but she NEVER spoke the word from and the total values ​​had already been closed, I just added the nails that also at the end of 160.00 went to 187.00 and the girl said that it was because of the cutulage… people like that charge for a service without being asked if I wanted them to do it and even worse, not to mention that it would have an extra cost. Oh and the trimmed ends in my hair, it gave 50.00 another value that I was not informed at any time, until I didn't ask for the cut, then I saw them advertising haircuts at 30.00 they took me 20.00 and I I didn't even see the hair cut. At the end of it all, I conclude that the sister of the owner of the salon (since the owner was not there) came out putting the absurd values ​​that were not clear and clearly added in the way she wanted. Since this day I haven't slept from so much anger, and seriously thinking about going after my rights because I was deceived. I'm sure the value she charged for painting the locks would be practically the total value if anything, which in the end she left separating all the values ​​and adding again. Be careful when you go there, they work well but they are not honest. Before closing any procedure, make sure of the value and pay before starting the procedures, to avoid passing the anger I'm going through. It didn't do any good to leave me as I dreamed if the trip came next. I have the original values ​​that I paid on instagram for some procedures I did, soon I'll see what to do about this naughty thing they did to me.
