★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atualizando o post e a avaliação.... o proprietário Marcelo me procurou e conversamos pelo whats app, por onde relatei tudo o que aconteceu (a falta de atedimento pq a manicure nao estava e a atendente qhe ia fazer meu cabelo estava atendendo outra pessoa no meu horario). Achei super profissional da parte dele procurar compreender os fatos após minhas duras críticas ao atendimento. Ele me deu um feedback, relatando medidas para que coisas assim não aconteçam mais. Isso me deixou satisfeita. Por isso refiz minha avaliação.

Irresponsáveis com horário de atendimento aos clientes. O salão estava vazio com 1 atendente que estava atendendo outra cliente no meu horario. A manicure nao estava la. Acabei saindo e procurando outro local desesperadamente para me arrumar para um casamento. Péssima experiência. Estresse total.
Updating the post and the review.... the owner Marcelo came to me and we talked through whats app, where I reported everything that happened (the lack of service because the manicurist was not there and the attendant who was going to do my hair was attending to someone else on my schedule). I thought it was super professional of him to try to understand the facts after my harsh criticism of the service. He gave me feedback, reporting measures so that things like this don't happen again. That satisfied me. So I redid my review.

Irresponsible with customer service hours. The salon was empty with 1 attendant who was serving another customer on my schedule. The manicurist was not there. I ended up leaving and desperately looking for another place to get ready for a wedding. Bad experience. Total stress.
