★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pouco mais de uma mês quis fazer iluminado, me indicaram o salão e fui, não gostei do resultado então perguntei se era possível mudar o cabeleireiro me disse que teria que descolorir de novo mas dava sim, e claro eu teria que pagar o valor novamente,
evei umas referências, ele disse que dava pra fazer. Resultado foi desastroso, ficou péssimo nada parecido com o que eu tinha indicado e ainda acabou com saúde do meu cabelo, meu cabelo está todo quebrado, poroso e com corte químico em vários pontos ??. No dia eu demosntrei que não tinha gostado do resultado e inclusive questionei a cor. Ele disse que com algumas lavagens ficaria melhor.. no dia disse que a maquininha de cartão estava sem bateria e não passou meu cartão, mas manteve contato comigo e passou um link com metade do valor que falou que contaria, eu paguei pois não me imagino devendo pra ninguém, mas quem deveria ter me pagar era ele, estou gastando muito em crentes e tratamentos pra tentar recuperar a fibra do meu cabelo. Fora a autoestima que ficou super abalada. Acho que ele foi ganancioso achou que poderia ganhar dinheiro em cima de mim, quando na verdade deveria ter dito que não dava pra fazer, ou que meu cabelo poderia não aguentar. Enfim achei total falta de profissionalismo, pois assim que fis o pagamento ele não mandou mais mensagem pra saber como tinha ficado após as tais lavagens, com certeza já sabia que só iria piorar o que acha estava ruim. Comportamento lamentável, eu não indico pra ninguém, muito pelo contrário.
A little over a month ago I wanted to do it lit, they told me the salon and I went, I didn't like the result so I asked if it was possible to change the hairdresser told me that I would have to bleach it again but it was ok, and of course I would have to pay the amount again ,
I had some references, he said it could be done. The result was disastrous, nothing like what I had indicated was terrible and it still ended up with the health of my hair, my hair is all broken, porous and with chemical cut in several points ??. On the day I showed that I didn't like the result and even questioned the color. He said that with a few washes it would be better.. on the day he said the card machine was out of battery and he didn't pass my card, but he kept in touch with me and sent a link with half the amount he said he would count, I paid because I can't imagine owing to no one, but he should have paid me, I'm spending a lot on believers and treatments to try to recover the fiber of my hair. It was the self-esteem that was super shaken. I think he was greedy and thought he could make money off of me, when really he should have said it couldn't be done, or that my hair might not take it. Anyway, I thought it was totally unprofessional, because as soon as I made the payment he didn't send a message anymore to know how it had been after these washes, I certainly already knew that it would only make what he thinks was bad. Regrettable behavior, I do not recommend it to anyone, quite the opposite.
