Simple gym still with old equipment but well maintained, very kind owner, for those who like to work out quietly without having to wait anyone to take the equipment enjoy the wonderful midday time. Own parking lot

Os aparelhos não são de última geração mas da para fazer os exercícios sem problemas.
O ambiente é bom, com ventilação razoável na maior parte (tirando uma área ou duas que são mais quentes).
Preço acessível e não é lotado, o que é bom pois não tem fila para os aparelhos.
Attentive instructors, always respectful.
The devices are not of the latest generation but to do the exercises without problems.
The atmosphere is good, with reasonable ventilation for the most part (except for an area or two that are warmer).
Affordable price and not crowded, which is good as there is no queue for the devices.
