Fiz pigmentação da sobrancelha e aplicação de cílios em 27/02/20.
Fui pagar com cartão e maquina não funcionava. Ok, fiz transferencia.
No mesmo dia, falei com Ana que não estava satisfeita (falhas na pigmentação) e a mesma informou que no retoque corrigiria.
Entrei em contato em 03/20, a Ana pediu para aguardar (30 a 40 dias..) e por conta do covid 19. Ok.. Sem problemas.
Em 16/07/20, entrei em contato e recebi msg automática de que em breve, entraria em contato. Até hoje aguardando.
É tao desorganizada, que manda msg achando que é outra cliente e quando deveria retornar, não retorna.
Sinceramente, acreditei que no retoque eu teria um serviço de excelência (satisfação)... mas nem tive a chance.
Paguei um preço alto demais!

Péssimo local! Péssima profissional dona Ana Ribeiro.
A menina que faz sobrancelha é extremamente desorganizada com sua agenda (entra em contato qd não deve, e quando deve, some), máquina de passar cartão não funciona, paguei caro pela sobrancelha e nem na primeira ficou bom. Segundo ela, faria depois e SUMIU! Não responde... Simplesmente me deixou no vácuo!
Criança, moleca e irresponsável, MUITO LONGE de ser PROFISSIONAL!
Respondendo: Não, não entro mais em contato com você! Não passo nem na porta. Já paguei CARO DEMAIS! Vou em alguém que realmente seja profissional!

I did eyebrow pigmentation and eyelash application on 02/27/20.
I went to pay by card and the machine didn't work. Ok, I made the transfer.
On the same day, I spoke with Ana who was not satisfied (flaws in the pigmentation) and she said that in the retouching she would correct it.
I got in touch on 03/20, Ana asked to wait (30 to 40 days ..) and on account of the covid 19. Ok .. No problems.
On 07/16/20, I got in touch and received an automatic message that I would be in touch soon. Until today waiting.
It is so disorganized, it sends messages thinking it is another client and when it should return, it does not.
Honestly, I believed that in the retouch I would have an excellent service (satisfaction) ... but I didn't even have the chance.
I paid too high a price!

The girl who makes an eyebrow is extremely disorganized with her agenda (she gets in touch when she shouldn't, and when she should, she disappears), card machine doesn't work, I paid dearly for the eyebrow and it didn't even look good at first. According to her, she would do it later and SUMIU! He doesn't answer ... He just left me in a vacuum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz os cílios e a sobrancelha com a Ana, estou 100 satisfeita! Adoro a naturalidade dos seus procedimentos, sem contar que ela aplica uma pomada anestésica na sobrancelha, então, nada de dor, o que é ótimo pq não tenho muita tolerância a dor.
Recomendo totalmente, com certeza é a melhor de Sorocaba e região!
Ela mantém o contato para saber como está a cicatrização do procedimento, um pequeno detalhe que faz a diferença!
I've done my eyelashes and eyebrows with Ana, I'm 100% satisfied! I love the naturalness of her procedures, not to mention that she applies an anesthetic ointment to her eyebrow, so no pain, which is great because I don't have much pain tolerance.
I totally recommend it, for sure it is the best in Sorocaba and region!
She keeps in touch to find out how the procedure is healing, a small detail that makes a difference!
