Bateram meu carro na parede e deixaram os vidros abertos na chuva, qndo voltei meu carro estava todo molhado por dentro e o cheiro ficou horrível. Qndo reportei o ocorrido com fotos, a princípio foram atenciosos e disseram q iriam recarsir, porém começaram a não me atender, a me ignorar e por fim fingiram q nada aconteceu mesmo tendo garantido que o erro era deles e q iriam consertar! Infelizmente a mentira na qual fui tratada apos o ocorrido foi horrível.
Very attentive, with a variety of treatment... But never give your car key to any employee. They hit my car on the wall and left the windows open in the rain, when I came back my car was all wet inside and the smell was horrible. When I reported what happened with photos, at first they were attentive and said they would repay, but they started not answering me, ignoring me and finally pretending that nothing happened even though they guaranteed that the mistake was theirs and that they would fix it! Unfortunately, the lie I was treated to after the event was horrible.
