PÉSSIMOS PROFISSIONAIS E DESCASO COM CLIENTE!
Fui alguns anos atrás para fazer uma escova no meu aniversário. Falei como queria a escova, mostrei foto, e quando a profissional terminou (porque ficamos de costas para o espelho enquanto eles escovam) e olhei no espelho, parecia que eu tinha saído de um filme dos anos 50. Meu cabelo ficou horrível, e exatamente do jeito que falei que não queria.
Dois anos depois, tentei dar outra chance ao salão. Marquei escova e unha (pé e mão).
Novamente a escova ficou um lixo. Primeiramente, falei com o profissional que não gosto de passar prancha, e ela disse que não tinha como fazer ondas sem prancha, sendo que, faço isso há anos em Brasília. Ou seja, nem fazer uma escova os profissionais de lá sabem. E como disse, não foi a primeira vez que tive problemas lá pra fazer uma simples escova.
Pra terminar o pesadelo, a unha foi um verdadeiro pesadelo. Fui lá no dia do réveillon. A profissional que fez minha unha (se é que posso chamar assim) não sabia fazer unha, pois ela não tirou minha cutícula direito e o esmalte ficou horrível. Tanto que, por fim, pedi a ela que retirasse e passasse só uma base. Mas acreditem! Nem a base ela conseguiu. Fico HORRÍVEL!
Fiz contato com o salão, que inicialmente pediram desculpas. Eu mandei as fotos que tinha tirado da minha unha, e falei que eles nem deviam ter me cobrado a mão, pois sai de lá sem ter feito. Eles falaram que iriam me devolver. Isso foi dia 31/12/20. Até hoje estou aguardando eles me devolverem o dinheiro..
Além de ter péssimos profissionais, não tem cuidado nenhum com o cliente. Nunca mais coloco os pés lá, e não indico pra ninguém.

TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALS AND DISASTER WITH CUSTOMER!
I went a few years ago to make a brush for my birthday. I said how I wanted the brush, I showed a photo, and when the professional finished (because we have our backs to the mirror while they brush) and I looked in the mirror, it looked like I had just come out of a 50's movie. My hair looked horrible, and exactly the way I said I didn't want to.
Two years later, I tried to give the salon another chance. I marked brush and nail (foot and hand).
Again the brush was rubbish. First, I talked to the professional who doesn't like to board, and she said she couldn't do waves without a board, and I have been doing this for years in Brasilia. In other words, the professionals there don't even know how to make a brush. And as I said, it was not the first time that I had trouble making a simple brush.
To finish the nightmare, the nail was a real nightmare. I went there on New Year's Day. The professional who made my nail (if I can call it that) did not know how to do a nail, as she did not remove my cuticle right and the enamel was horrible. So much so that, at last, I asked her to remove and pass only one base. But believe me! She didn't even get the base. I'm HORRIBLE!
I made contact with the salon, who initially apologized. I sent the photos that I had taken from my nail, and said that they shouldn't even have charged my hand, because I left there without having done it. They said they would give me back. That was 12/31/20. To this day I am waiting for them to return the money to me.
In addition to having terrible professionals, he has no care for the customer. I never put my feet there again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
