Eu li alguns comentários falando mal da recepção, porém discordo completamente, ele é maravilhoso, super atencioso, porém as pessoas devem entender que são muitas e muitas msg por dia, não tem como responder todos ao mesmo tempo, lembrando, a recepção atende interfone, telefone, wats , atendimento pessoal. Então não julguem, apenas entenda o quanto é corrido. Resumindo a recepção é 1000.

Foi a primeira vez que fiz micropigmentação de sobrancelhas, amei o resultado, o atendimento, o cuidado com os procedimentos de higiene e do covid.
Certamente indico a empresa, em breve voltarei para fazer mais procedimentos.
Their service is impeccable! They are very attentive and punctual. All the doubts I had and guidance on the procedure and schedules were clear.
It was the first time that I had micropigmentation of eyebrows, I loved the result, the service, the care with hygiene and covid procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente! Já fiz extensão de cílios com a Carina, Deise, Bruna e Carol. Todas são maravilhosas em um nível surreal na qualidade do trabalho e tratamento como ser humano também! O lugar é super descontraído, a risada é garantida mesmo sem conhecer as meninas fora do espaço do studio, rs. O espaço é super gostoso também, tudo limpinho e cheiroso, fora a localização que é ótimaaaa, colado em um ótimo shopping! Além disso, também sou ex aluna, fiz 2 cursos de extensão de cílios em 2018 e que mulher bem preparada a Carina é, uma verdadeira professora. E o auxílio da Deise me ajudou muitoooo nos cursos também! Hoje não trabalho na área por algumas mudanças de planos que houveram de lá até aqui, mas aprendi fazer extensões lindíssimas, o curso super compensou pra mim! Já tem um tempo que não vou ao studio por conta da correria do dia a dia, mas espero conseguir ir muito em breve! Parabéns meninas, sou grande admiradora disso tudo! ❤️
Excelent reception! I've done eyelash extension with Carina, Deise, Bruna and Carol. All are wonderful on a surreal level in the quality of work and treatment as a human being too! The place is super relaxed, the laugh is guaranteed even without meeting the girls outside the studio space, lol. The space is super tasty too, all clean and fragrant, apart from the location that is great, glued to a great mall! In addition, I am also a student, I took 2 eyelash extension courses in 2018 and what a well-prepared woman Carina is, a true teacher. And Deise's help helped me a lot in the courses too! Today I don't work in the area due to some changes in plans that happened from there until now, but I learned how to make beautiful extensions, the course paid off for me! I haven't been to the studio for a while because of the daily rush, but I hope to be able to go very soon! Congratulations girls, I am a great admirer of it all! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente por mais que o resultado do trabalho em extensão de cílios das meninas sejam bom, em troca ninguém ali é profissional. Desmarcaram meu horário sem a minha autorização, porque disseram que eu não respondi uma mensagem automática deles de confirmação, porém sou cliente há alguns meses, e inclusive a 2 dias antes da minha manutenção eu mesma mandei uma mensagem confirmando que eu ia, e depois quando no outro dia eles me mandaram a mensagem automática e eu demorei horas para responder porque eu trabalho e não fico olhando o celular, depois disso eles mandaram mensagem dizendo que tinham desmarcado meu horário SEM a minha autorização, respondi logo em seguida que eu não aceitava que fosse desmarcado e que eu iria comparecer no local no horário combinado, eles estavam Online e não me responderam, quando foi de manhã mandei outra mensagem dizendo que eu estava indo para ser SIM atendida, não me responderam. Eu, Bruna moro no bairro Jardins em São Paulo, não é perto e está chovendo, atravessei a cidade até SCS para quando eu estou estacionando o carro eles me mandarem uma mensagem dizendo que realmente NÃO iriam me atender ! Subi, fui na recepção inconformada com a FALTA de RESPEITO deles, com a FALTA DE EMPATIA, de ORGANIZAÇÃO, FALTA DE ÉTICA e de profissionalismo.
Uma das sócias veio falar comigo que realmente era aquilo mesmo e ponto final.
Isso entre outros desaforos que ja levei dessa "empresa".
Me sinto desrespeitada, me sinto ofendida e vou atrás de todos os meus direitos como cliente porque isso não se faz e é algo inadmissível, inclusive foi gravado no meu celular tudo que falamos na recepção e a própria sócia confirmou que faz isso com muitas e muitas clientes. Até mentiram dizendo que ligaram no meu celular, mas não há nenhuma chamada perdida deles, enfim, arrogantes e prepotentes.
Portanto considero essa empresa fajunta, desmoralizada, deplorável, nem um pouco profissional e totalmente apática.
Totalmente insatisfeita e frustrada, não indico nunca mais para ninguém.

I, Bruna live in the Jardins neighborhood in São Paulo, it is not close and it is raining, I crossed the city to SCS so when I am parking the car they send me a message saying that they really WILL NOT attend me! I went up, I went to the reception unhappy with their LACK OF RESPECT, their LACK OF EMPATHY, ORGANIZATION, LACK OF ETHICS and professionalism.
One of the partners came to talk to me that it really was that, period.
This among other insults that I already took from this "company".
I feel disrespected, I feel offended and I go after all my rights as a client because this is not done and it is unacceptable, everything recorded at my reception was recorded on my cell phone and the partner herself confirmed that she does this with many, many customers. They even lied saying that they called on my cell phone, but there is no missed call from them, in short, arrogant and boastful.
So I consider this company fajunta, demoralized, deplorable, not at all professional and totally apathetic.
Totally dissatisfied and frustrated, I never recommend anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira vez que fui fazer a manutenção do fio a fio, fui informada que não teriam horário, uma demora absurda para responder wats, e que eu deveria ter marcado quando fiz a primeira vez. Não tinham nenhum horário proximo ( entrei em contatos aluns dias antes, a profissional não trabalhava de sabado nem tinha outra, e não abrem de segunda ) Após eu ter desistido, encaixaram um horário. Na seunda vez ao fazer a manutenção do híbrido, ao chear em casa notei que nem parecia que eu tinah feito manutenção, fios falhados, com espaços sem fios, e espigados, ficou exatamente como antes de eu ir ! Mandei via wats no outro dia a informação e fotos, e se bastaram a dizer que eu poderia ter lavado, ou poderia ter dormido rs absurdo ne ? coloco cilios a anos e vi que não ficou bom, poderia ter sugerido olhar refazer , mas não, quiseram acusar a cliente. Coloquei reclamação no insta via direct, e ignoraram, e coloquei na paina inicial apagaram. Então tirem suas conclusões ! Parece um ótimo salão mas na verdade são amadoras, tem salões profissionais aos montes por aí ! não recomendo de forma aluma e a maioria dos comentários aqui é de conhecidos , então se querem arriscar essa foi minha experiência. Hoje, dez dias depois, estou tirando os fios e fazendo em outro local novamente , pois parece que fiz faz 2 meses. Agora nada justifica a falta de respeito, como já fizeram com outra cliente, que inclusive reclamou aqui ! Precisam aprender muito sobre empreendedorismo e sobre atendimento ! Péssimo Péssimo! 100 reais jogado no lixo, mas hoje mesmo estou indo ao salão que eu estava acotumada a ir !! agem como 5 estrelas, mas não sáo nem 2 !

I put a complaint on insta via direct, and they ignored it, and I put it on the home page and they deleted it. So draw your conclusions! It looks like a great salon but in fact they are amateurs, there are lots of professional salons out there! I don’t recommend it in any way and most of the comments here are known, so if you want to take a chance this was my experience. Today, ten days later, I am taking the wires and doing it in another location again, as it seems that I did two months ago. Now nothing justifies the lack of respect, as they already did with another client, who even complained here! They need to learn a lot about entrepreneurship and service! Até hoje não saiu, quero tirar e terei que pagar laser para tirar, fui solicitar infos sobre a despigmentação com elas e pedi meu registro da época para saber quando foi exatamente que fiz essa micro, para informar quando for fazer o laser né, simplesmente não respondem, pulam suas perguntas e só falam sobre valores e sobre quando vamos marcar o procedimento, sem nem ao menos explicar nada sobre. Foco no dinheiro e ponto, dane-se o bem estar do cliente né....
Aí, eu muito burra, fui solicitar infos sobre outro serviço, o whatsapp demora demais para responder, parece que a atenção que é mostrada no Instagram é somente para pessoas "pop" nas redes sociais, além disso, atendente com vício de linguagem, fica chamando de amor amor amor, não usa uma vírgula, mal dá pra entender o sentido das respostas, isso quando responde, pq online fica o dia todo, mas responder demora horas, dias.....enfim, um fiasco, vivem de aparência nas redes!! Não indico!
