★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível ,agendei com um mês de antecedência por conta do natal e quando cheguei elas veio com a mesma história de que uma das funcionárias tinha passado mal meu horário era as 14 e pulou para as 16 , só me ligaram para avisar do atraso quando eu já tinha voltado para casa ,uma tremenda falta de profissionalismo e falta de respeito com o cliente q não paga barato não .
Horrible, I booked a month in advance because of Christmas and when I arrived they came up with the same story that one of the employees had gone wrong my time was 14 and jumped to 16, only called me to warn of the delay when I'm already had come home, a tremendous lack of professionalism and lack of respect for the customer who does not pay cheap no.

Hoje cheguei às 14:00 e não tinha agendado.
Perguntei qual seria o próximo horário.
Me responderam as 18:00.
Agendei, fiquei andando pelo shopping até o horário.
Chegando às 18:00 fui até o quiosque, a moça me falou que a menina que iria fazer as minhas unhas que era pé e mão, havia passado mal.
Tudo bem em passar mal, mas o porquê não ter ligado, tendo em vista que agendei e deixei o meu telefone para contato.
Achei uma tremenda falta de respeito e profissionalismo.
Nunca mais farei nada no quiosque, tamanha revolta que fiquei.

Today I arrived at 14:00 and had not scheduled.
I asked what the next time would be.
They answered me at 18:00.
I scheduled, I was walking through the mall until the time.
Arriving at 18:00 I went to the kiosk, the girl told me that the girl who was going to do my nails that was foot and hand, had been sick.
It's okay to be sick, but why not call, since I scheduled and left my phone for contact.
I found a tremendous lack of respect and professionalism.
I will never do anything again at the kiosk, such a revolt I was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência com relação a salão mais desastrosa da vida. Uso unhas de fibra com gel há 10 anos. Fazendo manutenção a casa 30 dias, sem quebrar ou soltar. Afinal não são “coladas”. Vinha fazendo manutenção quase que semanalmente, em função da unha soltar inteira, rachar ao meio. O que nunca havia acontecido.
Sem falar que ao chegar do Rio aqui, procurei por alguém que fizesse e achei o quiosque. Mostrei as unhas que já precisavam de manutenção e perguntei se era necessário a retirada? Me foi dito que não, minha unha estava com formato oval, depois de ( horas) terminar, e mais algumas manutenções, as unhas soltando... vieram as críticas ao trabalho de uma exímia profissional do Rio, dizendo que teria que ter retirado na primeira vez e não feito manutenção.
Percebi então a falta de profissionalismo, pois fui orientada pela proprietária a não retirar. Horários, risinhos entre outros atos nada éticos.
Além de um vários outros problemas como uma sombrancelha esfumada muito mal feita, fui orientada por uma grande profissional de SP a retirar a laser.
A proprietária até tenta sustentar com educação o quiosque, porém as funcionárias não alcançam, nem de longe o nível.
The most disastrous salon experience in life. I have been using fiber nails with gel for 10 years. Maintaining the house for 30 days, without breaking or loosening. After all, they are not “glued”. I was doing maintenance almost weekly, due to the loose nail, crack in half. What had never happened.
Not to mention that when I arrived from Rio here, I looked for someone to do it and found the kiosk. Did I show the nails that already needed maintenance and ask if removal was necessary? I was told that no, my nail was oval in shape, after (hours) finished, and some more maintenance, the nails loosening ... came the criticism of the work of an excellent professional from Rio, saying that I should have removed it in first time and not maintained.
I realized then the lack of professionalism, as I was instructed by the owner not to withdraw. Schedules, giggles and other unethical acts.
In addition to a number of other problems such as a poorly made smoky eyebrow, I was guided by a great SP professional to remove the laser.
The owner even tries to politely support the kiosk, but the employees do not even reach the level.

I loved the experience, very nice place, the girls and especially the owner were very friendly, fun, they touched me very well. The quality and cost-effectiveness of the service is great. Definitely would recommend!!!

I made a package and they simply closed the unit and didn't return my money, I've been fighting for the return of the amount I paid for 2 months and I couldn't use it.
