★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja havia sido atendida nesse salão em agosto de 2018, fiz o procedimento de mega hair fio a fio, quando fiz, comprei um cabelo e o Britto’s dono do salão colocou as pontinhas de queratina para não perder cabelo na hora da manutenção (tudo incluso no valor me passado). Agora ontem 09/02/19, eu liguei no salão para saber se havia alguém disponível para colocar o mega novamente em mim, pois havia tirado quando fui viajar, expliquei que era um cabelo que havia acabado de comprar e que precisaria da cola de queratina, perguntei se a profissional que irria me atender conseguiria colocar, ate porque ja era quase 19horas, o proprio Britto’s me falou que sim, perguntei o valor de tudo e ele me passou (R$150,00), ate ai tudo ótimo. Quando cheguei la , a profissional estava separando as mechas para colocar o fio a fio sem a ponta de queratina, então a interrompi e perguntei se não iria colocar a cola, ai ela foi falar com o Britto’s e ele mandou ela me falar que era cobrado a parte. Ai eu falei que havia ligado e falado o que precisaria ser feito e perguntadono valor e ele não havia me falado nada de ser cobrado a parte, ela foi falar com ele e ele veio todo grosseiro falando que não existe salão que não cobra a parte, então o lembrei que ele havia colocado o meu na primeira vez com tudo incluso, e quando e pra ser cobrado a parte tem que avisar a cliente até porque eu perguntei na ligação, o cara teve a audácia de falar pra mim, que no dia ele tava bonzinho pra não ter cobrado a parte, e ainda falou que eu podia ir embora que tinha vários salões que colocavam mega e era pra eu ver se eu achava alguém que nao ia cobrar a parte! Enfim NUNCA mais voltarei nesse lixo de salão!

When I arrived, the professional was separating the strands to put the wire to the wire without the tip of keratin, so I interrupted and asked if I would not put the glue, then she went to speak with Britto's and he told me to tell me that it was charged the part Then I said that I had called and told what needed to be done and asked the value and he had not told me anything about being charged the party, she went to talk to him and he came all rude saying there is no room that does not charge the party, so I reminded him that he had placed mine the first time with everything included, and when and to be charged the party has to notify the client even because I asked the call, the guy had the audacity to tell me, that on the day he I was good to not have charged the part, and still said that I could leave that had several halls that put mega and I was to see if I found someone who was not going to charge the part! Anyway, I'll NEVER come back to this salon!
