★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, deixei meu carro pra lavagem completa (incluindo motor), o carro saiu falhando, com a luz da injeção acessa, prejuízo imenso pois não isolaram os locais corretos na hora da limpeza do motor e danificou o mesmo. Além de terem quebrado a lanterna traseira do carro na hora da lavagem e não falarem nada (só notei quando cheguei em casa), o gerente falou que "esqueceu" de me avisar sobre a lanterna, e que o motor era minha responsabilidade se eu quis que lavasse... Pagar uma fortuna em uma lavagem e ter um prejuízo imenso depois, desrespeito com o cliente.
Terrible service, I left my car for complete washing (including engine), the car failed, with the injection light on, a huge loss because they did not isolate the correct places when cleaning the engine and damaged it. In addition to having broken the taillight of the car at the time of washing and not saying anything (I only noticed it when I got home), the manager said that he "forgot" to tell me about the flashlight, and that the engine was my responsibility if I wanted to to wash... Pay a fortune in a wash and have a huge loss afterwards, disrespect for the customer.
