★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FUJAM! Fui nesse lugar só pra fazer manutenção do meu corte de cabelo. Expliquei detalhadamente o que queria e o resultado foi um verdadeiro chernobyl. Perdi o formato dos meus cachos, perdi todo o volume do cabelo, perdi todo o comprimento e ainda saí uma bola de frizz. Claramente, os profissionais aí não têm qualquer respeito pelo cabelo cacheado. Desgastaram o comprimento INTEIRO. Tive que usar 20 vezes o preço do corte em Redken, Kérastase e Truss só pra recuperar os danos pelo desgaste absurdo no comprimento e agora tenho que esperar meses até recuperar meu cabelinho.
 RUN! I went to this place just to get my haircut done. I explained in detail what I wanted and the result was a real chernobyl. I lost the shape of my curls, lost all the volume of my hair, lost all the length and still left a frizz ball. Clearly, the pros there have no respect for curly hair. They wore the WHOLE length. I had to use 20 times the price of the cut on Redken, Kérastase and Truss just to recover the damage caused by the absurd wear on the length and now I have to wait months for my hair to recover.

Ela tem mto bom gosto, esta sempre estudando e é de uma educação ímpar. Recomendo!

I loved Studio Cativa and the girls are polite every time I've been to the Salon. I trust Vera and my hairdresser for more than ten years, because my hair is curly and I make highlights, I use the salon's progressive and I really like it to be smooth and healthy, today I'm blonde and everyone is amazed at how well my hair is treated. Josué is very attentive. The team is MIL grade!

Not to mention that the space is great for those who want to perform some service while working. There are plenty of outlets and the internet is great. I've done many home offices there while I took care of myself lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALERTA: Infelizmente escolhi esse salão para cuidar de meu cabelo e minhas unhas. A manicure foi ótima, no quesito cabelo, gastei com hidratação, tintura, corte ate que eu resolvi fazer uma escova progressiva, que foi aconselhada pelo salão, por duas cabelereiras. Após esse tratamento, fui instruída por eles a so lavar o cabelo em casa após 24 horas, depois que lavei veio o problema. O produto danificou muito meu cabelo e quando fui ao salão mostrar meu cabelo, eu pedi para ver a garrafa do produto e la dizia-se para lavar 20 min após a aplicação!!! A cabelereira nova no salão, nunca tinha usado esse produto e não me orientou por tal. Dai me ofereceram duas hidratações por conta deles, mas pedi a quarta pois meu cabelo esta detonado, dai outra cabelereira veio querendo me convencer que meu cabelo quebrou por conta de eu ter uma mecha loira, segundo a ela ja ressecada! rs Essa moca chamada Vera, fez uma raspagem com a tesoura em uma parte loira de meu cabelo, fui p casa com o cabelo molhado. Quando meu cabelo secou, veio o choque!!! Meu cabelo foi dilacerado pela moca que se diz cabeleireira e o salão não quiz se responsabilizar por isso, estou muito triste, com o cabelo muito zuado, no prejuízo, arrependida e ate depressiva pois so posso usar o cabelo preso! Muito cuidado gente, esse salão poderia ter se recusado a fazer a progressiva em meu cabelo, mas não, ele fizeram e não seguiram a instrucao do produto, depois ainda na tentativa de melhorar, pioraram! So quero chorar .
O SALAO SE RECUSOU A ARCAR COM MEU PREJUIZO, portanto irei resolver de uma forma legal.
ALERT: Unfortunately I chose this salon to take care of my hair and nails. The manicure was great, in terms of hair, I spent it with hydration, dye, cut until I decided to do a progressive brush, which was advised by the salon, by two hairdressers. After this treatment, I was instructed by them to only wash my hair at home after 24 hours, after I washed the problem came. The product damaged my hair a lot and when I went to the salon to show my hair, I asked to see the product bottle and it said to wash it 20 min after application!!! The new hairdresser at the salon, I had never used this product and did not guide me in this way. Then they offered me two hydrations because of them, but I asked for the fourth one because my hair is torn, then another hairdresser came wanting to convince me that my hair broke because I have a blonde lock, according to her already dry! lol This girl called Vera, did a shave with the scissors in a blonde part of my hair, I went home with wet hair. When my hair dried, the shock came!!! My hair was torn apart by the girl who calls herself a hairdresser and the salon didn't want to be responsible for that, I'm very sad, with my hair very messed up, at the expense, regretful and even depressed because I can only wear my hair up! Be very careful people, this salon could have refused to do the progressive on my hair, but no, they did and they didn't follow the product's instructions, then still in an attempt to improve, they got worse! I just want to cry.
THE SALAO REFUSED TO BEAR MY LOSS, so I will resolve it in a legal way.
