★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários nada simpáticos e nem um pouco receptivos. A manicure tirou a minha cuticula muito mal, as partes que estão sem cuticulas, tem algum bife arrancado, o esmalte esta marcado e mal passado. Não indico nem um pouco.
Unfriendly staff and not at all receptive. The manicurist took my cuticle very badly, the parts that are without cuticles, have some steak pulled out, the glaze is marked and rare. I do not indicate at all.

Eu queria entender o que os cabeleireiros ouvem nessa hora, pedi pra cortar um pouco em cima, uma aparada e olha q meu cabelo estava grande, o cara me deixou praticamente careca, quase não consigo fazer um penteado e isso pq fui cortar lá pq tinha um evento importante. NUNCA MAIS!

NEVER!

Porém mesmo agendando manicure, ela não respeita a agenda e nem dá satisfação. Você é atendida depois de 60 minutos por outra manicure . Eu tinha horário de compromisso e fui muito prejudicada. Não recomendo agendar manicure. É um desrespeito .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The men's area of this salon (called Barbearia da Villa) is great. Nice atmosphere, decorated especially for men. I had my beard and hair done by Lenon twice. Both times he was extremely polite and professional. The whole place is super clean and the prices are more than fair. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent attention to detail on the barber shop upstairs, got an EXCELLENT cut from Lennon today. Decent price, and place is clean. I liked that Lennon focused on cutting my hair and did not spend too much chatting as sometimes barbers like to do. Would recommend 10/10.
