★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei para ser atendida às 9h com os profissionais, e cheguei a esperar por 15 minutos e ainda tentei ligar, então resolvi ir embora e procurar outro lugar próximo. E exatamente as 9h43 me retornaram alegando que haviam esquecido do agendamento. Fiquei muito decepcionada com esse primeiro contato. Experiência muito ruim. Falta de profissionalismo até nas desculpas.
I made an appointment to be seen at 9am with the professionals, and I even waited for 15 minutes and still tried to call, so I decided to leave and look for another place nearby. And at exactly 9:43 am they returned to me claiming that they had forgotten the appointment. I was very disappointed with this first contact. Very bad experience. Lack of professionalism even in apologies.
