Sem contar que escolhem os clientes que irão atender bem.. Espero que quem visite esse local não tenha que passar pela mesma experiência.
Excellent structure, it is a pity that most of your employees are not as good. By appointment it took over 40 min. to serve us. Not to mention that they choose customers who will serve them well. I hope that anyone who visits this place does not have to go through the same experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei o horário do atendimento via WhatsApp, não anotaram na agenda, cheguei no salão no horário combinado e simplesmente não tinha profissional para me atender, precisei ir embora sem atendimento. Muita falta de respeito com o cliente. Obs.: já tinha acontecido algo semelhante antes mas eu quiz dar outra chance para o estabelecimento.
I scheduled the appointment via WhatsApp, they didn't write it down on the agenda, I arrived at the salon at the agreed time and there was simply no professional to attend to me, I had to leave without service. Very disrespectful to the customer. Note: something similar had happened before but I wanted to give the establishment another chance.
