Mais ativa, sem dores “a não ser dores musculares que são inevitáveis após treino", e tenho perdido pesos e medidas, estou gostando muito dos treinos, e sem contar que treino me divertindo muito.
My experience has been wonderful, when I started, I felt many pains in the body, especially spine and knee, an inexplicable fatigue, and since I started to train I feel much better. More active, no pain "except muscle pain that is inevitable after training", and I have lost weight and measures, I'm really enjoying the workouts, and not counting that workout having a lot of fun.
