The place is nice but hot. There is a bus terminal on site and a small square where small children can play.

It doesn't make sense that the square only serves as the terminal for a single bus line. In the past it was a space for living together and housed a handicraft and food market. The city government could revitalize, remove the bus terminal and make it a living space for the population again
