★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura muito bacana, aparelhos..Tanto a Larissa quanto a Aline são professoras muito atenciosas, preocupadas com a evolução de casa aluno, em pouco tempo já percebi uma melhora em postura, bem estar..estou gestante e continuo no Pilates fazendo exercícios apropriados para essa fase que estão me ajudando muito... Super indico o Studio, não me vejo mais sem o Pilates só benefícios..
Very nice structure, equipment... Both Larissa and Aline are very attentive teachers, concerned with the evolution of each student, in a short time I've noticed an improvement in posture, well-being... I'm pregnant and I continue in Pilates doing exercises appropriate for this phase that are helping me a lot... I recommend Studio, I don't see myself without Pilates, only benefits...
