Very comfortable. The professional who attended to us was a sweetheart, very patient, my son was a lot of work and they allowed my husband to come in to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho duas vezes, para corte de cabelo, os profissionais que realizaram o corte, foram excelentes. Porém fiquem muito insatisfeita na segunda vez que fui, pedi a autorização para a entrada do meu esposo, por educação. Já que a primeira vez ele foi barrado. E novamente foi negado a entrada dele e eu perguntei o motivo.
A moça que estava no caixa informou que era protocolo devido a pandemia.
Quando entrei já tinha um casal sentado aguardando atendimento para uma criança bem maior q meu filho e alguns minutos depois chegou outro casal com outra criança e ela não disse nada.
Respeito os protocolos, mas acredito que eles tem que ser exigido a todos.
Sem preferências. Isso mas parece uma discriminação.
Lamentável!
Por esse motivo, não voltarei nem indicarei esse salão infantil.
I took my son twice for a haircut, the professionals who performed the cut were excellent. However, they were very dissatisfied the second time I went, I asked for permission for my husband to enter, out of politeness. Since the first time he was barred. And again he was denied entry and I asked why.
The girl who was at the cashier reported that it was protocol due to the pandemic.
When I entered, there was already a couple sitting waiting for care for a child much bigger than my son and a few minutes later another couple arrived with another child and she didn't say anything.
I respect the protocols, but I believe they have to be required of everyone.
No preferences. But that seems like discrimination.
Unfortunate!
For this reason, I will not be returning or recommending this children's salon.

The place is well structured to serve children, the work was well done the only negative point was the visible bad mood of the hairdresser.

Service 10, always cut well done. The space is great for kids to be distracted with lots of toys while they get their hair cut.
