★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico mais. Ontem 31/03/22 fui ao Studio fazer luzes nos meus cabelos. Cheguei super animada e feliz pela mudança que havia planejado. Mas saí de lá me sentindo humilhada. A profissional ao explicar que o procedimento não poderia mais ser realizado naquele momento nos meus cabelos pq eu havia tonalizado ele há um mês atrás com 6.1 louro escuro acinzentado - (que ela jurava ser preto ?), usou de tom grosseiro ao me passar os motivos dela para não realizar o procedimento (que eu já havia entendido), e tudo isso na frente de outra cliente e funcionária dela. Foi constrangedor. Ficou me dando "bronca" por meu cabelo não estar do jeito que ela queria. Não voltarei mais lá.
I don't recommend anymore. Yesterday 03/31/22 I went to the Studio to lighten my hair. I arrived super excited and happy for the change I had planned. But I left feeling humiliated. The professional, when explaining that the procedure could no longer be performed on my hair at that moment because I had toned it a month ago with 6.1 ash dark blonde - (which she swore to be black ?), used a rude tone when giving me the reasons her not to perform the procedure (which I had already understood), and all this in front of another client and her employee. It was embarrassing. She kept giving me "scolding" for my hair not being the way she wanted. I won't go back there.
