Fez o serviço e ao efetuar o pagamento teve a surpresa de que não iria parcelar, que ela teria que pagar um alto valor à vista, e ainda acrescentaram 100 reais a mais na conta dela. Se sentindo coagida e constrangida efetuou o pagamento e saiu muito chateada. Falta de respeito e de compromisso com o combinado. Não volta mais lá.
Very unpleasant experience. My daughter combined a service with a value and the installment of this value on the card. She did the job and when making the payment she was surprised that she would not pay in installments, that she would have to pay a high amount in cash, and they even added 100 reais more to her account. Feeling coerced and embarrassed, she made the payment and left very upset. Lack of respect and commitment to the deal. Don't go back there.
