O Studio LK está no mercado desde 2009, o ponta pé inicial foi com a Léa, que tinha muito interesse em profissionalizar os atendimentos que já fazia a alguns amigos e colegas próximos. A necessidade de profissionalizar o atendimento e ter um espaço foi se tornando cada vez maior, até que resolveu iniciar o escritório. Com o tempo, foi evoluindo e se concretizando até surgir a primeira carteira de clientes, indicações, e um espaço para atender, desenvolvendo os primeiros projetos. O principal foco do Studio é a satisfação dos nossos clientes, juntamente com os melhores padrões de qualidade, tecnologia, inovação e criatividade. Se pudesse descrevê-las com apenas uma palavra seria: DETALHES. São muito apegadas aos detalhes, tudo perfeito e com bom gosto e muito luxo. Me ajudaram a tomar as decisões com muita segurança, apesar de eu encher bastante o saco delas com algumas dúvidas elas sempre me atenderam prontamente com muita paciência e carinho. Foi um momento muito especial pra mim!!!! Adorei! Recomendo muito! São as melhores =D
I did a lot of research before closing with an architecture firm until the girls indicated me! Without a doubt, dedication and whimsy are surreal. If I could describe them with just one word, it would be: DETAILS. They are very attached to the details, everything perfect and with good taste and a lot of luxury. They helped me to make decisions with great confidence, although I filled their bag with some doubts, they always answered me promptly with great patience and affection. It was a very special moment for me !!!! I loved! I highly recommend it! Are the best = D

Conversei com alguns conhecidos e me indicaram fazer com um profissional especializado. Me indicaram as meninas e realmente fez uma diferença e tanto! Embora o imóvel fosse de alto padrão, a entrega do imóvel realizada pela construtora não é tão alto padrão assim e as meninas me salvaram e me fizeram economizar um bom dinheiro.
Aos meus olhos estava tudo ok, até que a Lays começou a elencar desde pintura mal feita, pias de inox arranhadas até bancada de pedra manchada. Foram mais de 15 itens que depois eu precisaria arrumar o que no final das contas me gerou uma boa economia. Eu leigo aprovaria a entrega, porém depois de toda avaliação feita, REJEITEI a vistoria e a construtora trocou todos os itens listados por ela. Só tenho a agradecer. Futuramente também vou fazer todo o projeto com elas! Obrigado.
Well my experience with them was excellent! I bought a property recently, I needed to do the inspection and I was reading about it ... I talked with some acquaintances and they indicated that I do it with a specialized professional. I was referred by the girls and it really made a huge difference! Although the property was of a high standard, the delivery of the property by the construction company is not so high and the girls saved me and saved me a lot of money.
In my eyes everything was ok, until Lays started listing from poorly painted, scratched stainless steel sinks to stained stone countertops. There were more than 15 items that afterwards I would need to fix which, in the end, generated good savings. I layman would approve the delivery, but after all the evaluation done, I REJECTED the inspection and the construction company exchanged all the items listed for it. I can only thank you. In the future I will also do the whole project with them! Thanks.
