★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao salão para fazer um preenchimento de pontas na técnica fita adesiva. Com relação ao procedimento, foi dentro do que eu esperava. Luciana é uma pessoa bem agradável. Só acho que o salão precisa melhorar o atendimento no whatsapp. Quando um cliente manda uma mensagem para o whatsapp ali é o primeiro contato dele com o salão, ele precisa ser bem atendido e ter uma resposta rápida.
I went to the salon to do a filling of ends in the duct tape technique. Regarding the procedure, it was within what I expected. Luciana is a very pleasant person. I just think the salon needs to improve the service on whatsapp. When a client sends a message to whatsapp, it is his first contact with the salon, he needs to be well attended and have a quick response.

Great simple people and very professional I loved it I just followed on social media I didn't expect everyone to be so humble, I spent almost 8 months always talking to Luciana on zap or insta and I always had attention and response she is very good in everything she does I'm very grateful.
