Hoje, sou apaixonada pelo pilates e amo os exercícios em que fico de ponta cabeça. Gosto de me desafiar e progredir, sempre com segurança e orientação da fisioterapeuta. Indico o Studio Lys de olhos fechados.
I looked for pilates for having cervical pain. With exercises and attention from the physiotherapist Juliana Leite, I got a significant improvement. Today, I'm passionate about Pilates and I love the exercises where I stand upside down. I like to challenge myself and progress, always with the safety and guidance of the physical therapist. I recommend Studio Lys with my eyes closed.
