Cinco estrelas não faz justiça a qualidade do excelente trabalho dos profissionais do Max.Concept, com certeza vocês merecerem muito mais que 5 estrelas. Eu super recomendo, há mais de 15 anos que sou cliente e não abandono jamais. Parabéns e sucesso a toda a equipe. ????
 Max.Concept is a differentiated salon where the main concern is the health of the hair and the well-being of the clients. The salon has a super cozy and welcoming environment, where all the excellent professionals are committed to making the customer satisfied and happy with the final result. Max Oliveira performs with total mastery the art of taking care of the locks and what to say about Edison Guimarães, who takes care of the client, from the scheduling of time over the phone to the completion of the work. Five stars doesn't do justice to the quality of the excellent work of the professionals at Max.Concept, surely you deserve much more than 5 stars. I highly recommend it, I've been a client for over 15 years and I never abandon it. Congratulations and success to the entire team. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe fez mechas e estava com a raiz alaranjada, deixou claro que gostaria de mudar esse tom "alaranjado", quando chegou em casa ao avaliar com calma o cabelo notou que a raiz estava da mesma forma e não gostou, mandou mensagem para o cabeleireiro Willy relatando que não gostou e que gostaria que ele arrumasse, o mesmo disse que só poderia fazer isso se fosse cobrar novamente e que a agenda estava super cheia. Impressionante como o pós venda é péssimo desses lugares e os clientes ficam na mão após pagar um absurdo no procedimento. Além de ter deixado o rosto da minha mãe todo manchado de tinta! Péssimo profissional. Não indico de jeito algum.
My mother had streaks and the root was orange, she made it clear that she would like to change this "orange" tone, when she got home, when she calmly assessed her hair, she noticed that the root was in the same shape and she didn't like it, she sent a message to the hairdresser Willy reporting that he did not like it and that he would like him to fix it, he said that he could only do this if he was going to charge again and that the schedule was super full. Impressive how the after-sales is terrible in these places and customers are on hand after paying an absurd in the procedure. Besides leaving my mother's face all smeared with paint! Terrible professional. I do not indicate at all.

Fui fazer escova ( uma escova bem basiquinha sem chapinha 50 reais) pedi pra matizar foi passado um creme (ficou no meu cabelo 8 min contados no relógio) e já retiraram cobraram 100,00 meu cabelo ficou mais amarelado do que já estava
Péssimo não percam seu tempo nem seu dinheiro !!!
People I don't recommend at all
I went to have a brush (a very basic brush without a flat iron, 50 reais) I asked to color it, a cream was applied (it stayed on my hair for 8 minutes on the clock) and they already removed it and charged 100.00 my hair was more yellow than it already was
Awful don't waste your time or money!!!

A equipe toda foi sensacional, desde o primeiro contato pelo Whatsapp, manicure Ana (uma fofa) até a finalização. Vê se que tem boa administração, padronização, respeito e cuidado com o cliente. Tive uma experiência incrível, super recomendo.
I was attended by Max, I just loved the result. Very neat, clean salon. The whole team was sensational, from the first contact by Whatsapp, manicurist Ana (a sweet one) to the finalization. It can be seen that it has good administration, standardization, respect and care for the customer. I had an amazing experience, I highly recommend it.
