Contudo o atendimento na recepção pelo gerente foo totalmente ríspido, de forma que a situação ficou constragendora ao chamar a atenção dos funcionários na minha frente. No início antes de iniciar o serviço confirmei o preço na recepção na hora de receber ele queria cobrar mais caro e ficou insinuando que a diferença iria cobrar da funcionária que me informou o preço incialmente de modo a tentar me convencer de forma autoritária a pagar o valor acima do informado. Além disso entrei em contato com o salão para registrar uma reclamação e não ouvi nem ao menos um pedido de desculpa pela situação.

WONDERFUL cut with Mendes! A love! Cut value was 200 reais. Value greater than reported by phone. Probably a mistake or misunderstanding. But it was worth every penny and I will return for sure!

Curioso que a cabeleireira que me atendeu fez questão de explicar como o meu cabelo funciona de um modo que eu entendi pq deveria mudar o procedimento que eu havia pensado em fazer.
Recomendo!
