I'm from 5 stars because the service was wonderful, super attentive, but the first manicure didn't know how to do my nails, maaasss the second was wonderful, I loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com a minha mãe ao salão, no começo estava tudo mil maravilhas, ele descoloriu nossos cabelos duas vezes não abriu o tom que queríamos é que havia sido prometido, pois foi feito teste de mecha e ele disse que abriria mais! No final ele ficou umas duas horas passando matizador no lavatório, o cabelo ficou péssimo! Destruído. Fui mais uma vez lá pq ele disse que iria arrumar, foi passar um tonalizante que deixou meu cabelo azul! Aí no desespero ele descoloriu todo meu cabelo no alumínio de novo! Quando fui perguntar se meu cabelo iria aguentar ele disse que o meu problema é que eu perguntava demais! Começou a ser grosso! No final ficou uma b..$ta amarelo gema de ovo, e detonado ele me “deu” um tratamento de cronograma! Mas que não adiantou nada pois os produtos que ele usa no salão não resolvem nada! O cabelo da minha mãe tbm ficou ruim mas ela nem teve coragem de retornar no salão mais! As meninas são perfeitas de boazinhas e sinceramente elas aguentam cada coisa ali que só esses dias que eu estive por lá eu vi! Ele é super rude e ignoraste com elas mas elas precisam muito fazer o que! ?
I went with my mother to the salon, at first everything was wonderful, he bleached our hair twice it didn't open the tone we wanted it was promised, because a strand test was done and he said he would open more! In the end, he spent about two hours applying toner in the sink, the hair was terrible! Destroyed. I went there again because he said he would fix it, he went to put on a toner that turned my hair blue! Then in desperation he bleached all my hair in aluminum again! When I went to ask if my hair would hold up he said my problem is that I asked too much! It started to get thick! In the end, it was a nice yellow egg yolk, and it “gave” me a schedule treatment! But that didn't help because the products he uses in the salon don't solve anything! My mother's hair was also bad but she didn't even have the courage to return to the salon anymore! The girls are perfect as good as they are and honestly they put up with everything there that I only saw these days when I was there! He is super rude and ignored them but they really need to do what! ?
