★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto do salão, todos são muito educados, já precisei cortar o cabelo por duas vezes sem ter hora marcada e foi de boa. Li muitos comentários ruins do local e dos funcionários, contudo em todas as vezes que fui lá, não tive nenhuma experiência ruim.
I like the salon, everyone is very polite, I've had to cut my hair twice without an appointment and it was good. I read a lot of bad reviews about the place and the staff, however every time I went there, I had no bad experience.

Fiz as unhas e vou voltar para realizar estética nos cabelos . O preço não é muito acessível porém vale pela qualidade, atendimento e conforto.
Located inside the shopping mall Uniao de Osasco. Schedule by appointment. Good service. Very polite and welcoming staff. The service is very good . I recommend . I got my nails done and I'm going back to get my hair done. The price is not very affordable but it is worth it for the quality, service and comfort.

Marquei horário para as 19h, 19:35 ainda não tinha sido atendida e a recepcionista disse que estava conversando com uma profissional para tentar me encaixar. Mas e o agendamento que fiz com quase uma semana de antecedência? Um enorme descaso, péssima experiência, não recomendo.
I booked a manicure for the first time at this salon because I saw so many positive reviews here, but my experience was terrible!!! I made an appointment for 7 pm, 7:35 pm I still hadn't been answered and the receptionist said she was talking to a professional to try to fit me in. But what about the appointment I made almost a week in advance? A huge neglect, bad experience, do not recommend.

Sempre tive meu cabelo loiro com tom claríssimo e fiz uma péssima escolha em fazer luzes nesse salão, ficaram laranjas as luzes, horríveis, um loiro que ninguém deseja, não recomendo de forma alguma ,perdi meu tempo e meu dinheiro foi jogado no lixo, o serviço ficou Péssimo! Mandei foto do trabalho horrível dia seguinte, me pediram pra retornar e refazer, claro que não retornei, uma vez que se perde a confiançan não dá pra confiar, principalmente se tratando de cabelo. Pedir para o cliente voltar para refazer o cabelo não cobre o mal procedimento realizado, ninguém quer retornar para refazer um procedimento mal feito, a empresa ficar jogando a responsabilidade para o cliente porque ele não quiz retornar, mostra uma enorme falta de profissionalismo , assumir que o cliente tem razão é muito mais eficaz. Não recomendo pra ninguém que quer um loiro bonito. Estou Totalmente insatisfeita.
It was bad! I always had my blonde hair with a very light tone and I made a bad choice in doing highlights in this salon, the highlights were orange, horrible, a blonde that no one wants, I don't recommend it at all, I wasted my time and my money was thrown in the trash, the service was terrible! I sent a photo of the horrible work the next day, they asked me to go back and redo it, of course I didn't, once you lose confidence, you can't trust it, especially when it comes to hair. Asking the customer to come back to have their hair done does not cover the bad procedure performed, no one wants to return to remake a wrong procedure, the company is throwing the responsibility on the customer because he did not want to return, shows a huge lack of professionalism, assuming that the customer is right is much more effective. I don't recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful blonde. I am totally dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cutilagem do pé mal feita, não fazem a limpeza do esmalte antigo direito, os cantos das unhas ficam com o esmalte antigo e elas pintam por cima. Marquei horário e liguei dizendo que chegaria atrasada, me disseram que a tolerância de atrasado era de 15min, cheguei exatamente com os 15 minutos de atraso e falaram que não podiam me atender, pediu para esperar, esperei por quase 30 min e a manicure ficou o tempo inteiro sentada mexendo no celular e não me atendeu! Péssimo! Nunca mais volto!
Bad foot cut, they don't clean the old nail polish properly, the corners of the nails are left with the old nail polish and they paint over it. I made an appointment and called saying that I would be late, they told me that the tolerance for being late was 15 minutes, I arrived exactly 15 minutes late and they said they could not answer me, asked to wait, I waited for almost 30 minutes and the manicurist was all the time sitting on the phone and didn't answer me! Terrible! Never come back!

Reception service and hairdresser good, but manicure is terrible, even asking to clean some corners again, the nail was still smudged, in addition to the steaks. I do not recommend
