★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no estabelecimento com minha filhinha para realizar um procedimento, chegamos com 15min de atraso e a profissional foi grosseira e sem ética ao dizer que "sempre chegamos atrasadas", sendo que era a segunda vez que estávamos ali e quando perguntei a ela se daria tempo pra realizar a depilação ela disse com grosseria "marca outro dia". Atrasos atrapalham? Sim. Porém a empatia e ética não se fizeram presentes ali, não se sabe o motivo do atraso da pessoa. Me senti como se fosse um procedimento gratuito, que era me feito um favor, fora que minha filha de 11 anos não deveria ter escutado tais palavras desnecessárias por uma situação banal.
I was at the establishment with my little girl to perform a procedure, we arrived 15 minutes late and the professional was rude and unethical when saying that "we are always late", which was the second time we were there and when I asked her if I would give her time to perform the epilation she said rudely "mark another day". Do delays get in the way? Yes. However, empathy and ethics were not present there, the reason for the person's delay is unknown. I felt like it was a free procedure, that I was doing a favor, except that my 11 year old daughter should not have heard such unnecessary words due to a trivial situation.
