Estou com ela e sua equipe há mais de 3 anos com histórico de obesidade e sem qualquer rotina de exercícios. Ela foi a única capaz de me motivar e conseguir criar em mim a consciência da necessidade da prática da atividade física. Eu possuía um conhecimento dessa necessidade mas não transformava isso em prática. Apenas ela foi capaz. E verificamos uma preocupação dela e da Gabi, sua sócia, de transformar a One Fit num ambiente agradável e acolhedor mesmo para os que estão tão distantes fisicamente como eu nesse momento.
My relationship with Thais is one of gratitude and admiration for the professional and the person. I have been with her and her team for over 3 years with a history of obesity and no exercise routine. She was the only one capable of motivating me and managing to create in me the awareness of the need to practice physical activity. I had a knowledge of this need but I did not turn it into practice. Only she was able. And we noticed a concern of her and Gabi, her partner, to transform One Fit into a pleasant and welcoming environment, even for those who are as physically distant as I am at the moment.

Todos as informações sobre minha saúde física são registradas e o meu treino é montado para atender às minhas necessidades!!! São mais de 3 anos de muito suor, calorias (gastas) e saúde!!! Sim, me sinto cada vez mais saudável e capaz de movimentos, que nem sei como cheguei a eles e que são desafios para muitos jovens também!
Acredito que cada exercício e movimento planejado, pela equipe OneFit, pra mim, está dentro de um encadeamento de movimento, força e equilíbrio, e assim me conduz a um progresso, que quando percebo, já consegui realizar o exercício.
Não é fácil! Exige esforço, disciplina e tenacidade, mas não posso parar mais! Afinal, estou cuidando da minha saúde! E a OneFit tornou-se fundamental em minha vida!
I arrived at OneFit!!! Since the evaluation there I am the student and not a student! All information about my physical health is recorded and my training is tailored to suit my needs!!! It's more than 3 years of a lot of sweat, calories (spent) and health!!! Yes, I feel more and more healthy and capable of movements, which I don't even know how I got to them and which are challenges for many young people too!
I believe that each exercise and movement planned by the OneFit team, for me, is within a chain of movement, strength and balance, and thus leads me to progress, which when I realize it, I have already managed to perform the exercise.
It's not easy! It takes effort, discipline and tenacity, but I can't stop anymore! After all, I'm taking care of my health! And OneFit became fundamental in my life!
