★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logo quando cheguei as meninas da recepção foram super simpáticas, a Dra me chamou e foi muito atenciosa e prestativa, fui só para uma consulta e ela já realizou o procedimento necessário, foi uma experiência muito boa, certamente voltarei outras vezes, uma pena não ter dentista de canal ainda, se tivesse me trataria lá com certeza! Super recomendo!
As soon as I arrived, the girls at the reception were super friendly, the Dr. called me and was very attentive and helpful, I just went for a consultation and she already performed the necessary procedure, it was a very good experience, I will certainly come back other times, a pity not to have canal dentist, if he had, he would treat me there for sure! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por meio deste deixar minha imensa gratidão para este lugar, eu cheguei nesse consultório desacreditando de tudo e todos, afinal, passei por 2 profissionais que agiram erroneamente com meu tratamento, contudo, a Dr. Maria Cecília se propôs a me ajudar, ela trouxe novamente uma esperança que já havia sido roubada tempos atrás, confiei em seu trabalho e pude ver o resultado sendo concretizado e sabe o motivo pelo qual isso aconteceu? Pelo simples fato de Maria e sua equipe fazerem de seu trabalho uma extensão de suas vidas, colocando a ética, seriedade e paixão para tratar seus pacientes. Muito obrigada Studio Orale, por me mostrarem que ainda existe profissionais que realmente se importam para com o seu paciente, isso é nobre demais! Indico de olhos fechados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acreditei imensamente na qualificação da profissional que me atendeu , mas infelizmente a aparência ou a localidade digamos assim me enganou completamente, me trazendo uma tamanha dor de cabeça, noites mal dormidas, gastos absurdos e por fim , devido erro cometido , a retirada do dente onde a "Tal Profissional "disse até último momento que estaria completamente correto o tratamento que fez , me encaminhando com uma carta a punha para dar continuidade em outra clínica oq teria começado lá, .... enfim , o erro gerou, dores, gastos e a extração do dente .... É perguntem se eles se preocupam com o paciente após isso???!!! .... infelizmente não....

Durante meu tratamento, sempre tive um ótimo atendimento, todas as vezes que ligava pedindo para ajustar uma vaga para me atender, nunca fiquei sem respaldo, isso porque sempre sofri com dores de doer até o maxilar. Fiz 4 canais com a Dra. Alessandra e um tratamento intensivo de raspagem, restauração e limpezas, e todos foram muito bem sucedidos, por fim, hoje não sinto mais dor nenhuma. Uma profissional de qualidade, sempre me tratou com muito respeito e sempre pronta a me atender quando mais precisei. Sinal que gostei tanto do atendimento que após finalizar por completo meu tratamento com a Dra. Alessandra, passei a ser paciente da Dra. Ana Cecilia na moldagem dos meus dentes. Cada cuidado comigo é único, aliás não só comigo, com todos os outros pacientes que vejo entrando e saindo no consultório durante meu atendimento. A atenção que recebo e o cuidado que cada uma tem com meus dentes me deixa mais confiante. Eu não troco por nada. Eu super recomendo a clínica, sem essas profissionais eu jamais teria um sorriso lindo que tenho hoje rs, modéstia a parte, ficou bom demais véi. Sou grato pelo trabalho, confiança e profissionalismo.
I started my dental treatment in August 2020 with Dr. Alessandra, since then I haven't been with any other surgeons, except the ones in the office. During my treatment, I always had great service, every time I called asking to adjust a vacancy for me, I was never without support, that's because I always suffered from aching pains up to my jaw. I did 4 channels with Dr. Alessandra and an intensive scaling, restoration and cleaning treatment, and all were very successful, finally, I don't feel any pain anymore. A quality professional, she always treated me with great respect and was always ready to assist me when I needed it most. A sign that I liked the service so much that after completely finishing my treatment with Dr. Alessandra, I became a patient of Dr. Ana Cecilia in molding my teeth. Each care with me is unique, in fact not only with me, with all the other patients I see entering and leaving the office during my care. The attention I receive and the care each one has with my teeth makes me more confident. I don't trade for anything. I highly recommend the clinic, without these professionals I would never have the beautiful smile I have today lol, modesty aside, it was too good man. I am grateful for the work, trust and professionalism.
