★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento via telefone é péssimo, a secretária atende o telefone e deixa a gente esperando mais de 10 minutos sem sequer falar nada, até que a gente cansa e desliga. Uma falta de respeito com os pacientes.
The phone service is terrible, the secretary answers the phone and leaves us waiting more than 10 minutes without even saying anything, until we get tired and hang up. A lack of respect for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um exemplo: vão te agendar para 9hrs, vc vai chegar lá e vai estar lotado... E vão te atender 2hrs depois pq agendam todos para o mesmo horário!
Uma tremenda falta de respeito com os pacientes... Somos trabalhadores e temos compromissos!
Uma empresa que não tem "palavra" p mim não tem credibilidade nenhuma!
Se fosse uma clínica pública, até seria compreensivo... Mas é uma clínica PARTICULAR e vc paga por cada consulta!
Só continuo indo lá pq o médico que me operou só atende lá!
Só dei a segunda estrela pq eu gosto do atendimento do MÉDICO!
Se pudesse voltar no tempo... ??♂️
An example: they will schedule you for 9 hrs, you will get there and it will be full... And they will meet you 2 hrs later because they all schedule for the same time!
A tremendous lack of respect for patients... We are workers and we have commitments!
A company that has no "word" for me has no credibility at all!
If it were a public clinic, it would be understandable... But it's a PRIVATE clinic and you pay for each appointment!
I only keep going there because the doctor who operated on me only works there!
I only gave the second star because I like the service of the DOCTOR!
If I could go back in time... ??♂️
