Juliana is an incredible professional, ethical, caring, who took care of my sciatic pain like no one else could. It made the pain disappear and brought me quality of life, posture, stretching and strengthening. Always respecting the limit of my body and everything personalized, I highly recommend it. The complete space and well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um carinho enorme pela Ju, por todo o cuidado que ela teve comigo em 2 anos de pilates que fiz com ela, incluindo uma gravidez que também rendeu um pós parto sem dores na lombar e joelhos que, logo que a conheci, eram as minhas maiores questões. Vi o studio mudar de lugar, crescer, estar sempre bem equipado, limpo, organizado e tenho certeza que isso é resultado de todo o cuidado e dedicação que a Ju e equipe têm por cada um. Super recomendo!
I have a huge affection for Ju, for all the care she took with me in 2 years of pilates I did with her, including a pregnancy that also resulted in a postpartum pain-free in the lower back and knees that, as soon as I met her, were mine biggest issues. I saw the studio change places, grow, always being well equipped, clean, organized and I'm sure this is the result of all the care and dedication that Ju and the team have for each one. I highly recommend!
