★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na hora do agendamento é ótimo, mas depois que você faz os cílios a empresa te trata pior que bicho.
Fiz os cílios e no dia seguinte já não tinha mais nada, fui completamente ignorada ao reclamar do acontecido e ainda por cima bloqueada pela empresa. Solicitei meu dinheiro de volta e a empresa até hoje não me devolveu e não me respondem.
Ao tentar contato com a dona do Studio a mesma foi extremamente mal educada e também pouco se importou em resolver o problema.
Não caiam nessa.
Procurem locais de qualidade com profissionais que respeitem seus clientes na hora de procurar o procedimento. Pior experiência que já tive com um serviço.

I did my lashes and the next day I had nothing left, I was completely ignored when I complained about what happened and blocked by the company. I asked for my money back and the company until today has not returned it to me and they do not answer me.
When trying to contact the owner of the Studio she was extremely rude and also did not care to solve the problem.
Don't fall for it.
Look for quality places with professionals who respect their customers when looking for the procedure. Worst experience I have ever had with a service.

Sempre que mandava msg levava um bom tempo para ser respondida.
Finalmente consegui agendar para hoje as 11:30 e as 11, quando já estava a caminho fui informada que não poderia ser atendida por que a pessoa que me atenderia não foi.
Achei um absurdo e não volto.
Infelizmente não pude avaliar o serviço mas com certeza o atendimento precisa melhorar.
I tried for weeks attendance.
Whenever I sent a message it took a long time to be answered.
I finally managed to schedule an appointment for today at 11:30 am and 11 am, when I was on my way I was informed that I could not be seen because the person who would answer me was not there.
I thought it was absurd and won't be back.
Unfortunately I couldn't rate the service but the service definitely needs to improve.

No dia do procedimento fiquei com olhos vermelhos e doloridos, liguei para saber se era normal e a própria funcionária disse que não! Meus cílios caíram após 3 dias de aplicação! Tentei contato por 4 dias sem sucesso! Consegui falar hoje com uma tal de Sara q foi grossa e MENTIROSA, alegou que levantei para ir ao banheiro e abri os olhos durante o procedimento, coisa que jamais aconteceu! Disse também hoje após uma semana que meus cílios não tinham condições de serem refeitos? Como assim? Porque ela não me falou isso no dia? Que profissional é essa? A sensação que tenho foi que peguei $270,00 e joguei no lixo!
Faço alongamento de cílios a 1 ano e nunca tive esse problema, aliás as duas únicas vezes que tive problema foi neste Studio! Da primeira vez durou apenas uma semana, e agora apenas 3 dias!
NÃO RECOMENDO ESTE LUGAR PARA NINGUÉM! Cuidado podem sair com cílios mas sem visão!

Service before the procedure is good, they even call you love! On the day of the procedure I had red and sore eyes, I called to see if it was normal and the employee said no! My lashes fell off after 3 days of application! I tried to contact for 4 days without success! I managed to speak today with one of Sara who was thick and LIAR, claimed that I got up to go to the bathroom and opened my eyes during the procedure, something that never happened! Did you also say today after a week that my lashes were in no condition to be remade? As well? Why didn't she tell me that day? What professional is this? The feeling I got was that I took $ 270.00 and threw it in the trash!
I do eyelash stretching for 1 year and I never had this problem, in fact the only two times I had a problem was in this Studio! The first time it only lasted a week, and now only 3 days!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Be careful they can leave with eyelashes but without vision!

Não tinha conhecimento nas técnicas aplicadas, após realizar o procedimento não consigo me visualizar sem ele mais. Indico, divido, mas não largo ou troco.
