★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 21/10 agendei um procedimento de cílios volume light e não gostei ,primeiro que eu entrei no meu carro quando fui olhar no retrovisor já tinham caídos um tufinho , segundo a menina que me atendeu nem bom dia deu parece que eu estava pedindo um favor p ela colocar os cílios.
Hj chamei no whatss exatamente as 10h18 a outra unidade deles no numero 1886 p fazer a manutencao e ate agora não obtive retorno!( Estou a 3 horas esperando eles me responderem) ??????????
Nossa nunca pensei que uma empresa pudessem tratar mal seus clientes, chamei eles no instagram a pessoa que respondia falava ironizando tipo( o salão ta cheio de cliente não preciso de vc).
Tbm olha o lugar ne isso que da querer fazer onde não tem profissionais competentes.
On 10/21 I scheduled a volume light eyelash procedure and I did not like it , the first time I got into my car , when I went to look in the rearview mirror , a small tuft had already fallen , according to the girl who attended me it was not even good morning , it seems I was asking for one . please put her eyelashes on.
Today I called on whatss exactly at 10:18 to their other unit at number 1886 to do the maintenance and so far I haven't had a return! (I've been waiting for 3 hours for them to answer me) ??????????
Wow, I never thought that a company could treat its customers badly, I called them on Instagram the person who answered spoke mockingly like (the room is full of customers, I don't need you).
Also look at the place in what you want to do where there are no competent professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase fiquei cega neste lugar e não obtive nenhum suporte das "profissionais", somente uma resposta falando que eu tive uma alergia.
Não tive alergia, sempre fiz extensão e isso nunca ocorreu!!! Tive que ir ao pronto socorro, tinha cola e uma lesão provavelmente ocasionada pelo patch colocado incorretamente, logo depois tive um tersol.
Gastei horrores com colirios e pomadas, fora a dor de cabeça e decepção causada.
Cuidado ao escolherem um estabelecimento, preservam a saúde de vocês!!!
I almost went blind in this place and I didn't get any support from the "professionals", only an answer saying that I had an allergy.
I had no allergies, I always did extension and that never happened!!! I had to go to the emergency room, I had glue and an injury probably caused by the patch placed incorrectly, soon after I had a tersol.
I spent horrors on eye drops and ointments, apart from the headache and disappointment caused.
Be careful when choosing an establishment, preserve your health!!!
