★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Thais é super cuidadosa e as aulas passam super rápido! Fica divertido (volto a ser criança nas aulas de bungee) e sempre saio sentindo que me exercitei de maneira saudável. Nas aulas de pilates percebo a evolução de maneira muito clara! É sempre um prazer ir para as aulas :)
Thais is super careful and classes go super fast! It is fun (I am a child again in bungee lessons) and I always leave feeling that I have exercised in a healthy way. In pilates classes I understand the evolution very clearly! It is always a pleasure to go to class :)

Thaís is very dedicated, attentive, excellent professional! I love the acro bungue classes, always diverse and dynamic!
