★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei 1 estrela porque não dá pra colocar nenhuma. Fiz a sombrancelha e ficou ridículo, parecendo uma palhaça. Sou super branquinha, com pouco pelo na sombrancelha, e a "profissional" deixou minha sombrancelha extremamente grossa, não usou marcações, fez a olho. Estou em prantos pois dia 1° é meu aniversário e vou ter que ficar parecendo uma palhaça. Estou tentando com muito custo tirar a henna mas não sai. E também não tenho dinheiro pra arrumar com outro profissional que preste.
Sinceramente, estou muito decepcionada pois minha mãe já pintou o cabelo nesse salão diversas vezes e o serviço sempre foi ótimo.
I put 1 star because you can't put any. I made an eyebrow and looked ridiculous, looking like a clown. I'm super white, with little hair in the eyebrows, and the "professional" left my eyebrows extremely thick, didn't use markings, she did it by eye. I'm in tears because the 1st is my birthday and I'll have to look like a clown. I'm trying so hard to get the henna off but it doesn't come out. And I also don't have money to arrange with another professional who will pay.
Honestly, I'm really disappointed as my mom has dyed her hair at this salon several times and the service has always been great.
