Não tenho dúvidas quem for não vai se arrepender, super recomendo ??
The salon has undergone renovations it was beautiful, the professionals are a newly hired team but they are the best in São Paulo with technical specialization, the prices are even taken into account even with their beautiful refinement and with top professionals it maintains a very attractive value ... Paguei caro, fiz em uma cadeira imprópria e desconfortável e a funcionária (acredito que seja a dona) fez enquanto estava sendo atendida no telefone por uma empresa de TV à cabo. Claramente um desrespeito e por conta de tentar fazer mais que uma coisa ao mesmo tempo, demorou uma eternidade. Saí com torcicolo. Nunca mais volto.
I made an eyebrow on the spot. I paid dearly, did it in an improper and uncomfortable chair and the employee (I believe it is the owner) did it while being answered on the phone by a cable TV company. Clearly a disrespect and because of trying to do more than one thing at the same time, it took forever. I came out with stiff neck. I'll never be back.

NO DIA SEGUINTE QUE FOI O DIA MEU CASAMENTO MARQUEI HORÁRIO PARA AS 7H, UMA VEZ QUE MEU CASAMENTO SERIA AS 11H, CHEGUEI AS 7H E 03MIN. O SALÃO ESTAVA FECHADO , TIVE QUE LIGAR PARA A DONA IR ABRIR E A CABELEIREIRA CHEGOU 20MIN. ATRASADA. OQUE ACABOU ME ATRASANDO NO TÉRMINO DOS PENTEADOS DOS PENTEADOS (eram 3, meu e das minhas daminhas) E EU PERDI APROXIMADAMENTE 40 MIN. DE FESTA NO SALÃO. SEM CONTAR QUE A CABELEIREIRA TD INVOCADA E GROSSA ACABOU DESCUTINDO COMIGO.
PRÓS: fui super bem atendida pela Jô sócia proprietária que procurou sempre educadamente me atender de tds as formas;
local super bonito e aconchegante;
os penteados ficaram bonitos.
CONS: I SCHEDULED ONE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING MAKES NAILS AND SHADOWS, I TOTALED A TOTAL OF 4HS IN THE SALON, BEFORE I HAS SCHEDULED THE TIME, I WAITED ABOUT 1 AM WITHOUT DOING ANY COFFEE.
THE NEXT DAY THAT MY WEDDING WAS THE DAY I BOOKED FOR 7 AM, SINCE MY WEDDING WILL BE 11 AM, I ARRIVED AT 7 AM AND 3 MIN. THE SALON WAS CLOSED, I HAD TO CALL THE DONA TO OPEN AND THE HAIRDRESSER ARRIVED 20MIN. LATE. WHAT HAS ENDED DELAYING ME AT THE END OF THE HAIRSTYLE HAIRSTYLES (there were 3, mine and my bridesmaids) AND I LOST ABOUT 40 MINS. PARTY IN THE HALL. NOT TO LEARN THAT THE HAIRDRESSER INVOKED AND THICK HAVE FINISHED DISCOVERING ME.
PROS: I was very well attended by the owning partner who always politely sought to assist me in all ways;
super beautiful and cozy place;
the hairstyles were beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sei o que acontece com esse salão... que até na primeira vez que fui, foi tudo ótimo, eu gostei, isso há mais ou menos 3 anos atrás. Porém, desses tempos pra cá, fui mais vezes e mudam muito de pessoas para administrá-lo, na segunda vez que fui já era outra pessoa que estava no comando e com uma outra equipe de pessoas..fiz minhas unhas e o resultado não foi como o esperado, acho que o esmalte, que eu escolhi a cor e que passaram na minha mão estava velho...e mesmo depois de passarem umas 6 horas mais ou menos, e consequentemente assim sendo, já era pra estar seco.. ele borrou como se fosse um gel que dobrou na minha unha e a menina que fez minhas unhas não limpou direito os borrados, ficou sobrando esmalte ainda ao redor dos meus dedos. E hoje, fui perguntar o preço pra pintarem meu cabelo, porém eu levando a tinta, e imaginei que a escova era inclusa no valor. Pois não só pintaram muito a minha testa, como também só secaram o cabelo, deixando-o meio úmido ainda, porém não vou só criticar, a moça que me atendeu também pintou minha sobrancelha como eu havia pedido, isso ficou bom, mas no resultado final eu não fiquei feliz, infelizmente mudam muito de gerente (pessoas que administram o local) e acho que por isso, não alcançam tantos resultados. E mais, pra mim a cabeleireira finalizou mal minha tintura propositalmente, pois criticou a tinta e era uma das melhores que usam, da Imédia Loréal, por que foi eu que levei, e penso que quiseram de alguma forma que eu fosse mas não tivesse levado a tinta e sim que eu pagasse um valor maior e com a tinta do próprio salão já incluindo a escova. Bem chato mesmo, tudo bem que era tinta preta, mas até hoje eu não tinha visto nenhum cabeleireiro profissional manchar tanto a testa de uma cliente assim.

Not only did they paint my forehead very much, but they also only dried my hair, leaving it still wet, but I'm not going to criticize it, the girl who took care of it also painted my eyebrow as I had asked, it was good, but not the result Finally I was not happy, unfortunately they change a lot of manager (people who run the place) and I think that's why they do not achieve so many results. And, for me, the hairdresser purposely ended my tincture purposely, because she criticized the ink and was one of the best they use, from Imedia Loréal, because it was I who took it, and I think they wanted it somehow, but I had not taken it the ink and yes that I paid a greater value and with the ink of the own hall already including the brush.
