Classes are personalized, few students share the same schedule. The space is clean, well organized and with new equipment. The location is easily accessible and offers free parking.

Melhorei muito o equilíbrio do meu tornozelo esquerdo, precisaria opera-lo, mas não quis. Através do Pilates, consigo vencer desafios, posso dizer que sou uma vencedora. Agradeço imensamente pela instrutora Rosely, que nunca desistiu de mim! Amo estar treinando com a Rosely e as vezes é a Tayna!
The instructors are excellent! I've always loved doing Pilates, it gives me a lot of flexibility, health and well being. I improved the balance of my left ankle a lot, I would need to operate it, but I didn't want to. Through Pilates, I can overcome challenges, I can say that I am a winner. I am immensely grateful for the instructor Rosely, who never gave up on me! I love training with Rosely and sometimes it's Tayna!

Que bom que tive essa impressão e mesmo assim continuei, pois hoje ela é totalmente diferente. Que lugar maravilhoso de se estar! Um atendimento carinhoso e animado, que faz a gente ter gosto de ir em qualquer horário e em todas as aulas. Recomendo demais o espaço! Realmente muito diferenciado. Obrigada por tudo, de verdade, Rosy e Thayná, vocês são demais.
Months ago I started taking pilates classes with the girls from studio vita and my first impression was not so good. Glad I had that impression and even so I continued, because today it is totally different. What a wonderful place to be! An affectionate and lively service, which makes us enjoy going at any time and in all classes. I highly recommend the space! Really very different. Thank you for everything, really, Rosy and Thayná, you guys are awesome.
