Shop kinda stopped the employees are a little slow and don't give you much attention, especially a blonde who stays in the cashier with no salt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Não permitiram trocar o tamanho da sandália que meu filho ganhou de aniversário só porque eu não tinha a nota fiscal (mesmo sabendo que o produto estava na sacola da loja e mesmo após escanear o caixa e verificar que o produto foi vendido pela loja). Não volto mais.
I do not recommend. They didn't allow me to change the size of the sandals that my son got for his birthday just because I didn't have the invoice (even though I knew the product was in the store bag and even after scanning the box and checking that the product was sold by the store). I won't be back.

Como sempre faço, fui responder a pesquisa de avaliação, coloquei como insatisfeito pelo produto que não tinha e por falta de vendedores para auxiliar na compra. Mas oq mais me deixou chocado foi a inquisição de uma funcionária, questionando de forma grosseira o motivo de ter colocado minha opinião. Como disse a colaboradora da loja, "insatisfeito pela falta de produto e agora pela forma que vc me abordou ". A loja tem bons produtos ( já comprei anteriormente ) mas precisa urgentemente de treinamento para sua equipe de colaboradores. Forte abraço !
I had already bought some items at other times, but today I didn't have the product I was looking for. As I always do, I went to answer the evaluation survey, I put it as dissatisfied with the product I didn't have and the lack of sellers to help with the purchase. But what shocked me most was the inquisition of an employee, rudely questioning the reason for having put my opinion. As the store employee said, "dissatisfied with the lack of product and now with the way you approached me". The store has good products (I've bought it before) but urgently needs training for its team of employees. Strong hug !
