Marquei horário para serviços eu e minha mãe. Chegamos no salão e fomos mal atendidas, ficamos perdidas pois não tinha nem lugar para espera, e depois de 30 minutos fomos embora pois não tivemos nenhum atendimento.
Um dia depois comprei um produto no salão para entregar em casa, fiquei esperando por 2 horas e nada. Esqueceram de me enviar. Descaso total com o cliente neste lugar.
Terrible service.
I made an appointment for services my mother and I. We arrived at the salon and were poorly attended to, we were lost because there was no place to wait, and after 30 minutes we left because we had no service.
A day later I bought a product at the salon to deliver at home, I was waiting for 2 hours and nothing. They forgot to send me. Total disregard for the customer in this place.

todos muito atenciosos, educados, alem do espaço ser lindo. A gabi é maravilhosa e arrasa na make. Me produziram com muuuito capricho e eu fiquei muito feliz.
Ah, alem de tudo, eu esqueci o brinco no salao e vieram trazer no Hotel pra mim porque o salao fecharia no dia seguinte e eu iria embora.

I came to Joao Pessoa for a wedding and choosing studio R to do hair and makeup was the best thing I did.
all very attentive, polite, besides the space being beautiful. Gabi is wonderful and rocks the makeup. They produced me with a lot of whim and I was very happy.
Oh, besides everything, I forgot the earring in the salon and they came to bring it to the hotel for me because the salon would close the next day and I would leave.
Look, impeccable service from start to finish! I will definitely come back more often! ❤️
