O pedido veio faltando um item e o estabelecimento se recusou a enviá-lo. A responsável por pedidos via aplicativo (Vanessa) tentou jogar a responsabilidade para o entregador (Rappi) que, apesar de não ter essa obrigação, decidiu tirar o valor do próprio bolso para resolver o problema. Em determinado momento da ligação foi dito "se o entregador não vier buscar, vai ficar sem o item".
Falta de competência da gerência e incapacidade de resolver problemas simples.
