Chamei para trocar uma fechadura. Levei o modelo da chave. Na loja me pediram 60 reais. Mas não quiseram receber antecipado.
Quando chegaram no apartamento, após remover a fechadura e deixar a porta escancarada, inventaram que a fechadura era especial e que o serviço custaria 90 reais.
Não aceitei. Entendi porque não quiseram receber o valor a loja.
Evitem a qualquer custo!!

I called to change a lock. I took the model of the key. At the store I was asked for 60 reais. But they did not want to receive in advance.
When they arrived at the apartment, after removing the lock and leaving the door wide open, they invented that the lock was special and that the service would cost 90 reais.
Did not accept. I understood why they didn't want to receive the value of the store.
