★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os instrutores poderiam prestar mais atenção nos alunos, vendo se realmente estão fazendo os exercícios de forma correta. Um exemplo, é o instrutor Viktor: só dá orientações de maneira detalhada para clientes do sexo feminino. Quando o cliente é do sexo masculino, ele explica os exercícios de maneira muito vaga. Além disso, em vez de circular pelo ambiente e ver se as pessoas estão se exercitando corretamente, ele fica a maior parte do tempo na recepção conversando com funcionárias da academia... Fica o feedback para melhoria.
 Instructors could pay more attention to the students, seeing if they are really doing the exercises correctly. An example is instructor Viktor: he only gives detailed guidance to female clients. When the client is male, he explains the exercises very vaguely. In addition, instead of walking around and seeing if people are exercising correctly, he spends most of his time at the reception talking to gym staff... There's feedback for improvement.
